2 tb Wheat germ; 3 T
1/4 c Water; 1/4 cup plus 1T
1/2 ts Nutmeg; 3/4 tsp
3/4 c Banana; 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp, mashed
1 1/4 ts Active dry yeast
1 tb Sugar; 1 1/2T
2 tb Powdered milk; 3 T
1/2 c Sour cream; 3/4 cup, or plain yogurt
1/2 c Raisins; 3/4 cup, or chopped nuts
1 tb Vegetable oil; 1 1/2 T
