Basic recipe
1) Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan.
2) Beat sugar, butter and eggs (5 min.) Stir in bananas.
3) Sift dry ingredients together. Add gradually to butter mixture. Mix well.
4) Add sour cream. Stir until smooth
5) Pour batter into loaf pan. (Sprinkle with nuts). Bake for approx. 1 hr.
6) Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove to cool completely.
