Another "Banana Bread" recipe ranks higher.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9-x-5-x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.

brendakerns 2 years agoLoved it! next time I will add a pinch of salt. Baking time was a bit longer for me. Used 3 frozen bananas that were verryyyy ripe

Honeygirl7 3 years agoIt turned out perfect. I did add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg and used wheat flour.
sarahdee 3 years agoReally delicious! I used 2 eggs as mine were quite small and added a teaspoon of cinnamon and half a teaspoon of nutmeg for extra flavour. The apple sauce made it extra moist and tasty!
