Ready in 45 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9-x-5-x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.

brettnleosmom 2y agoVery moist and tasty bread. My kids liked that the bread had applesauce in it.
hdrich569 3y agoDelicious and moist.. Added nuts. Very quick prep time, and inexpensive. Taste amazing...luv it, and my wife too..
tarenas90 3y agoi've always made banana bread with another recipe, but this one intrigued me because of the apple sauce. i loved it, and i love the fact that it's less sugar. i just needed more time for the baking, but other than that it was delicious.

Honeygirl7 5y agoIt turned out perfect. I did add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg and used wheat flour.
sarahdee 5y agoReally delicious! I used 2 eggs as mine were quite small and added a teaspoon of cinnamon and half a teaspoon of nutmeg for extra flavour. The apple sauce made it extra moist and tasty!
