Love this bread!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease loaf pans or spray with Pam.
Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Combine ingredients by hand (but don't over mix) until all dry ingredients are moistened. Mixture will look lumpy, but avoid the urge to continue mixing.
Pour contents into your loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Note that if you are cooking both loaves at the same time, your cooking time will take about 15 minutes longer.
Before putting pan in oven, add a handful more nuts down the center for garnish.
