Suggest a better descriptionCombine dry ingredients and make a well in the center. Combine wet ingredients and add mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Stir in pecans.
Spoon batter into greased 12 cup muffin tin; fill each cup 3/4 way full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan immediately.
For bread: Pour batter into an 8.5 x 4.5 inch loafpan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Substitute 1 cup mini chocolate chips for pecans.
