Tried and true banana bread
Cream together butter and sugar. To a mixing bowl, add milk, then 1 cap white vinegar. Mix well and let it stand for 1-3 mintues. Add baking soda to the soured milk. Add eggs, then all the rest of the other ingredients. Mix to combine.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 F for 1 hr
OR bake at 325 F for 35 minutes in paper lined muffin tin (20 regular muffins)
OR bake at 325 F for 50 minutes in paper lined texas size muffin tin (makes 6-8 muffins)
