This recipe is too easy and my nephews LOVE this recipe. They beg me to make it once a week. I'm sure you family will love it too. Enjou!

"So I actually added a little extra to this recipe. I put some dark brown sugar 6oz, and 4Oz. Of butter in a pan let it melt and while that was melting I put 1 cup of dried bananas into a processor then added them to the pan stirred that up and added about a 1/4 cup of whipping cream and added it to the batter before the flour instead of using nuts and this was amazing. It was like a crunchy chunky monkey lol"

Ingredients

Are you making this?
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 large bananas
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup vanilla flavoured yogourt
1 tsp baking powder
2 cup flour
1 cup chocolare chips
1 cup nuts; (optional)

Original recipe makes 12

Servings

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Grease bunt pan or muffin tins.

In a cuisinart process butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla for 2 minutes, scrape down once or twice. Remove the pusher from the feed tube. While the machine is on, add the bananas. Process until blended.

Meanwhile, dissolve the baking soda in the yogourt (this will double in volume). Add it to the batter and process for a few seconds. Add flour and baking powder. Process with 4 quick pulses, just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in a bunt pan or in 24 muffin cups for 45 minutes.
