Delicious Cake


1 stick Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Eggs
3 bananas; ripe
3 tablespoon milk
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt

Original recipe makes 12 Servings



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla

Add remaining ingredients and mix

Pour blended ingredients in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cake is done when it pulls away from the sides of your pan.

Cool and frost with your favorite butter cream icing, cream cheese or whipped cream.

It came out moist and very delicious. You can taste the bananas in it. Very easy directions to follow.

Very good to be so simple to make!! I added walnuts to the bottom of a bunt pan and also in the mix along with white chocolate chips! I baked an extra 15 min for bunt cake. I also added cinnamon!

Ive had better.. But over all the icing i used sucked! The cake on its own yum and simple to make..

So simple and very quick to make. I have made this cake a few times, it never fails! TIP: Even more tasty when you add very soft ripe bananas. Yum ;)
