Suggest a better descriptionMMMMM---------------------------ICING-------------------------------- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened 2 tb Butter, softened 1 c Icing sugar,sifted 2 tb Orange juice concentrate Grease 8 inch square cake pan and set aside. In large bowl, beat together bananas, buttermilk, sugar, butter, eggs and orange rind until blended. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to banana mixture; mix just until combined. Spread in prepared pan. Bake in 350F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack. ICING: In bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until soft; gradually beat in icing sugar and orange juice concentrate. Spread over cake. (Make ahead: Pack in airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 day.) Makes 8 servings.
