2 1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix

Preparation

PREHEAT OVEN TO 3500F. GREASE THE BOTTOM ONLY OF A 9 X 5 X 3" LOAF PAN. BEAT ALL INGREDIENTS VIGOROUSLY WITH A SPOON FOR THIRTY SECONDS. POUR INTO PAN. BAKE UNTIL WOOD PICK COMES OUT CLEAN. I tried this and had a real problem. The recipe doesn't say how long to cook it. I cooked it for 35 minutes and the toothpick came out clean. But when I took it out of the pan, the insides were still uncooked but the outside was getting too brown. This recipe calls for sugar when others do not. I think that makes it brown too much so I'll trying another recipe.
