Best I've ever tasted - the sour cream makes it luscious. Makes 2 loaves.

Ingredients

WET MIX
3/4 cup butter; softened
2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 t. Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups bananas; mashed
DRY MIX
2 c. Flour
3/4 t. Salt
1 t. Baking soda
1/2 cup buttermilk or sour cream
3/4 cup Walnuts; or other nuts

Original recipe makes 20

Preparation

Mix wet and dry mixes in separate bowls, then combine. Pour into two loaf pans and bake at 325? F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Don't undercook.

A family favorite and a great quick breakfast. I also add an apple or two to the mix, or substitute Greek yogurt.
