Ready in 1 hour 30 minutes
Best I've ever tasted - the sour cream makes it luscious. Makes 2 loaves.
Mix wet and dry mixes in separate bowls, then combine. Pour into two loaf pans and bake at 325 F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Don't undercook.

MissMissyM 2y agoThis recipe turned out incredibly well. I, too, used non-fat Greek yogurt in place of sour cream and Splenda in place of sugar. I halved the recipe to only fill one loaf pan, and cut the bake time to a little less than an hour. Be sure to grease the pan before filling it. Delish!

CallmeT 2y agoA family favorite and a great quick breakfast. I also add an apple or two to the mix, or substitute Greek yogurt.
