Suggest a better description1 - Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2 - Cream together butter and sugar
3 - Add eggs & beat well
4 - Sift together dry ingredients
5 - Add to creamed mixture alternating with banana, blending well after each addition
6 - Stir in nuts
7 - Pour into well greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
8 - Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
9 - Remove from pan, cool on rack
10 - Wrap & store in refrigerator overnight
Can substitute 3 bananas + 1/2 cup apple butter for the 4 - 5 bananas.
