satexas 2y agoI added little bit of cinnamon and pecans, I had to use quick oats since all I had, cooked 8 mins in mini muffin pan,
AshleyKat17 3y agoGreat flavor but dry, even when baking for a shorter time. We ended up warming them and adding a little butter to moisten, and they were great! I added allspice for extra flavor, but chocolate chips would be fabulous.
jenniferricecollins 3y agoMine came out a bit dry but perhaps because I used butter instead of oil? Overall yummy! Added choc chips and walnuts.
Jstoc088 3y agoI used steel cut oatmeal. Was very good & gave them a nutty flavor.
RobynParker 4y agoThese were great! I added walnuts, flax and hemp hearts to make them a good on-the-run breakfast. I'll definitely make them again.
catz44 7y agoI buy organic bananas and when they become overripe I put them in the freezer. When ready to use, I thaw them a little, peel and mash. I used oat milk instead of dairy milk and whole wheat pastry flour for half of the flour. These muffins are delicious and healthful. I will make them again and again. Thank you!
whoa 7y agoMy son loves oatmeal muffins and hates fruit so what better way then to sneak some fruit into a favourite recipe. This was very good and will save to make again. Also good with a few chocolate chips.
