This is a yummy "cake" in which no oven is required.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 egg
16 ounces cream cheese
4 to 5 bananas
1 can crushed pineapple; drained
1 12 ounce Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Original recipe makes 24 Servings

Combine powdered sugar, egg and cream cheese with mixer. Spread this mixture over graham cracker crust. Then add the sliced bananas and crushed pineapple (drained) and then spread Cool Whip over all. Top with pecan and cherries.

This is a great dessert. But I added fresh strawberries with a strawberry preserve and put that over top of the pineapple and this gave it a little more and drizzled chocolate syrup and Carmel over the top of whipped cream. Great dessert and easy to make.

Love the recipe. Was requested for two years in a row to bring it to a family gathering. Gets addicting eating it. But i'd rather enjoy it and exercise afterwards.
