MUFFIN
Whip bananas for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla with mixer speed on low.
Fold in banana mixture by hand.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, & chocolate chips. Fold into banana mixture.
STREUSEL
Melt butter in microwave. Add flour, icing sugar, cinnamon, & salt and crumble with fingers until crumbly.
Spoon muffin mix into lined muffin papers to the top. Sprinkle walnuts and then the streusel to cover tops of muffin mix.
Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes; until toothpick comes out clean.
