Nothing like homemade BBQ to mix with beans or put on ribs or to just put on a hamburger.

"This has a nice intense flavor. 5 tablespoons of chili and 1 of pepper gives it a nice hot aftertaste. I can only imagine what adding a jalapeno might do. It doesn't take a lot of time either."

I will likely rate this one a little higher after I make it again. The first time I didn't care for the taste - I think it had too much of a chili flavor, but that was likely because I had to substitute a cumin and garlic mixture for the chili powder. I think I might just leave it out altogether next time.

I only use 2 tablespoons myself, but what an amazing BBQ sauce!

I added 1/2 of a jalapeño to give it a little more heat. Amazing flavor. I'll never buy BBQ sauce again.
