Great on anything grilled or smoked
Combine the first seven (WET) ingredients in a large saucepan and stir with a wisk. Combine the last seven (DRY) ingredients in a medium bowl and mix together well. Add the dry to the wet ingredients in the saucepan and blend throughly . Bring the mix to a boil. Boil for about a minute then lower to a simmer and cook uncovered for two hours stirring every fifteen minutes.
Let sauce cool down to room temp. and put in bottles or jars and keep in the refrigerator. I keep mine in the big plastic bottles the ketchup comes in.
