This kid-popular dish is sweet and savory, and most importantly, extremely easy to make. Serve with crunchy coleslaw on the side.
1. Place the pork roast in your slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours or until pork is tender.
2. Remove the pork roast from the slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Pour out any liquid in the pot. Return the pork to the cooker; add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and onion. Cook on high for 1 hour or on low for 2 hours.
3. Serve the pork on hamburger buns or hard rolls.
