Very quick if you buy beef pre-cut into strips and have leftover rice!
In a very large pot, heat the oil and cook the garlic and chili paste one minute. Add the beef, and stir fry until well browned. Add the hot water, bouillon, soy sauce, suagr, and vinegar. When this boils, add the broccoli. When broccoli turns bright green, add the paste made of cornstarch and cold water. Bring to boil, let sauce thicken slightly. Serve over rice.
