Suggest a better descriptionIn large bowl, combine brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup - mix until smooth. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in oats and coconut. Press onto bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. While crust bakes, melt together butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and 2/3 cup of peanut butter in microwave for 2-3 minutes. Spread hot topping over hot oatmeal mixture. Cool, cut into 2 inch bars and keep refrigerated.
