Simple fast fresh pasta. So easy and delicious.
1. Combine flour and salt.
2. Beat egg in a bowl.
3. Make a well in the flour and pour in egg.
4. Mix dough until slightly stiff. Add water if needed.
5. Let the dough rest for 30 mins if possible.
6. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Cut into desired pasta shapes.
I roll out the dough paper thin, so little ones can easily eat it. You can make a batch and freeze it right away into portions. Make sure to flour thoroughly.
