1 lb Ground Turkey
1 ts Soy sauce
1/2 c Bread crumbs; seasoned
1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 c Onions; finely chopped
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 Egg; beaten
4 burger buns; toasted

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except burger buns.

Shape meat mixture into four patties, 1/2-inch thick.

Broil or grill burgers about 6 inches from heat, for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Awesome, simple burgers that you can make your own. Better than buying frozen patties at the store. I added some cayenne pepper for some kick.

I used fresh garlic (a couple of cloves) instead of powdered and it turned out great. Have made several times. Just put the burgers in the frige for a few minutes.
