Ready in 10 minutes
This is really quick and yummy Pesto recipe. I add pasta, chicken and sun-dried tomatoes.
"Looks like the calorie total is closer to 160 per serving instead of 80. Still better than most pesto recipes though."
Put the basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan into a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add the oil while the motor is running. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
I cook up some chicken and pasta and mix the pasta with the pesto and then top with the chicken and some sun-dried tomatoes.
