Low Carb
Press 3/4 t pepper into meaty sides of chicken breast halves. Combine the melted butter & chopped basil, stir well. Brush chicken lightly with melted butter mixture.
Combine softened butter, the 2 T basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a sm bowl. Beat at low speed w/electric mixer until mixture is well blended and smoth. Transfer to a sm serving bowl; set aside.
Grill chicken over med coals 8 - 10 min on each side, basting frequently w/remaining mixture. Garnish w/fresh basil sprigs, if desired
Definitely use fresh basil, but could use dried in a pinch.
