Shrimp in light broth with fresh basil and mascarpone cheese
Heat butter in 4-6 qt Dutch oven. Add celery, onion x 5 min med heat . Add flour and stir to coat. Add clam juice water old bay. Boil & reduce heat . Add shrimp,corn capers. Cook 2-5 min til shrimp pink. Reduce heat. Add mascarpone cheese. When ready to serve add chopped fresh basil on top.
