Great family favorite for Sunday lunch.
After trimming fat from brisket, sprinkle seasonings on both sides and place in pan. Pour liquid smoke over brisket and cover with tight fitting lid or foil. Marinade in refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours.
Drain and discard liquid smoke from brisket. Pour 1 bottle of BBQ sauce over brisket and cover. Cook in 250 degree oven for 5 hours until tender.
To serve, cut brisket CROSS GRAIN and spoon some of the BBQ sauce from the pan onto cut meat.
Delicious, melt in your mouth beef! It's whats for dinner.
