The meat falls off the bone.
**I have a shaker of "house seasoning" that I use for this and other dishes. It's from Paula Deen. It consists of 1 cup salt, 1/4 cup fresh ground black pepper and 1/4 cup garlic powder.
I sprinkle the house seasoning all over and under the skin of the thighs. Put them on a baking sheet and broil for 8 minutes a side in oven.
Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in bowl and pour over chicken.
Cook on low 4-5 hours.
