Chopped Pork perfect for a barbeque sauce or by itself on a sandwich


Ingredients

2 lbs Pork shoulder; or Boston Butt
1/8 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of paprika
1/4 cup seasoning salt
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tsp of pepper
1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
1 tsp of Coriander

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

Rub the pork shoulder with brown sugar, paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper, cayenne pepper and coriander - let refrigerate overnight

Wrap the shoulder in foil and place on grill over low heat for at least 3 hours

Chop the shoulder
