Delicious and different cheeseball made with BBQ Little Smokies.
Put the little Smokes in a skillet and warm with the 2 TB of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce. After warmed and the sauce attaches to the smokies, let cool and chop finely.
In mixer, put in the 2 bricks of softened cream cheese. Beat on high to fluff it up. Add the 2 TB Worcestershire Sauce. Turn on medium speed until well incorporated. Add in the shredded cheese. Blend until all is mixed well. Add chopped Smokies and the Green onion. Blend on low speed until all is mixed in. Form into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and roll around on the crushed or finely chopped toasted pecans. Put the 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s into a squeeze bottle. Put cheeseball onto a plate or platter. Lay crackers uniform around the cheese ball. Squeeze a drizzle of the BBQ sauce on top of the cheese mixture on top of each cracker. Delicious!
Make sure the cream cheese is softened before you start mixing.
