Combine 1st 10 ingredients, shape in walnut size balls. Bake at 400F for 20 min. Let cool and freeze in single layer on wax paper lined cookie sheets.
Place frozen meatballs in 9x13pan. Combine last 5 ingredients pour over meatballs. Bake at 250F for 4 hours or 350F for 1 hour.
