BBQ Ribs

10 pounds Pork Ribs
2 large Onions; Chopped
2 large Bell pepper; Orange or Red
2 Medium Garlic cloves
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup Maple syrup
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Liquid smoke
1 tablespoon Steak sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
20 ounces BBQ Sauce; Sweet Baby Rays
16 ounces French Dressing
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

In a large pot saute onions, peppers, and garlic in cooking oil until onions are transparent.

Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, steak sauce, and worchestire sauce. Mix well and add onions to mixture. Add BBQ sauce and dressing to onion mixture.

On grill brown ribs on the outside but do not cook them. Whenribs are brown add them to mixture and cook covered for 3 hours on low heat.
