Pan sear with olive oil.
Minse one onion, one clove of garlic and sauté in oil
Add 2 bullion cubes and 2 cups of water.
Mix until bullion dissolved then add broth to baking pan with ribs.
Half a stick of butter a rack of ribs
Bake 250 for 2.5 - 3 hours or until meat is at 170 degrees.
Throw on grill for final cookage.
Don't forget to baste and flip
