Cook rice according to package directions.
Combine beans, cheese, salsa, taco seasoning
and cooked rice. Spoon about ½ cup mixture in
center of tortillas. Fold up sides, and roll. Place
seam side down on a baking sheet. Spray with
FF spray. Bake at 425 degrees For 20 minutes
or until crisp. Top with lettuce, sour cream, and
additional salsa.
