Suggest a better description1. Clean bean sprouts and pour into a colander.
2. Boil 5 cups of water; add bean sprouts and stir in the boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain them immediately in a colander and spray with cold water until they are cold. Shake dry and place the bean sprouts in a large bowl. Add shredded carrots and green onion.
3. Toss the salad with salt and then add seasoning sauce. Mix well and serve cold.
