Place garlic and oil in a bowl and allow to rest for 20 plus minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss bread cubes in oil and garlic. Spead cubes in a single layer on parchment paper on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, stir, bake for 5 to 10 more minutes until crispy and browned.
