Ready in 1 hour
Heat oil in pot
Add beef, brown.
Add all remaining ingredients (except flour, cheese, milk, butter)
Cook in crockpot for the day (or slowly in oven for 2 hours)
Make up dumplings - rub butter into flour with fingers, stir through seasoning, milk and some of the parmesan.
Divide dumpling mix into 18 and roll into balls
Transfer finished beef to a casserole dish, top with dumplings, brush with egg and sprinkle with remaining parmesan
Bake for 20 minutes until dumplings golden brown
