1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cook beef with onions and celery until no loner pink. Drain. Dissolve bouillon in 2/3 C. boiling water. pour into beef. Add 1/2 of the bacon and remaining ingredients
3. Cover & bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Top remaining bacon.
