Sprinkle flour over beef and brown in half the oil.
Lower the temperature and fry the onion and garlic with the beef.
Add the mushrooms, wine and Worcestershire sauce and boil for a few minutes.
Open and unroll the pastry, cut according to dish size.
Place the beef mixture in oven proof dish and cover with pastry.
Press around the edges.
Make a small hole in the middle for steam to escape.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees or until golden brown.
