Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 350. 2. Remove any fat from the meat. Cut the meat into 1-in. cubes. 3. Heat the oil in a deep, flameproof baking dish, which has a lid, over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add as many meat cubes as will fit into the dish in one layer. Cook, turning the meat cubes, until browned on all sides. Set the browned meat aside on a plate and cook the remaining meat in the same way. 4. Add the onion and garlic to the dish and cook, stirring, for about 10 min. or until the onion is browned. 5. Return the browned meat to the dish, with any juices that have drained onto the plate. Add the ginger, cayenne and paprika. Stir for 1 min. 6. Add the yogurt and bring to simmering point. 7. Cover the dish first with foil and then with a lid. Place in the oven and bake 15-20 min. or until the meat is tender. Stir the meat gently before serving. This dish: Dum gosht
