Place the meat in a bowl and coat thoroughly and generously coated.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours but up to 24.
Heat a griddle pan or BBQ to hot and fry for approximately 1 minute on each side.
You could thread them loosely onto skewers, just remember to leave a gap between cubes so that all the marinade cooks
