Combine ingredients after beef through seasonings (cumin, lime juice and zest, Old Bay seasoning, beef broth, garlic, hot pepper, salt and pepper) into a sealable bag. Add beef, turn to coat and MARINATE 8-24 hours in refrigerator, turning bag occasionally. Grill to desired oneness, allowing to rest 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain. Grill vegetables separately or with meat, until tender. Meanwhile warm tortillas as directed. Fill each tortilla with meat and veggies, then top with dollop of sour cream . May be served with guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa, grated cheddar cheese, sliced black olives, chopped green onions.
