Microwave corn until tender
Combine tomato, capsicum, cucumber, coriander, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a bowl.
Sprinkle steaks with Cajun mix. Spray a non stick frying pan with oil and cook steaks 3-4min/side
Serve steaks with salsa and corn
