Add mushrooms, soup, Catsup, water, seasonings.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine Cottage Cheese & egg.
CooK noddles.
spoon 1/3 meat sauce into a 9 x 12 pan.
Place half of noodles on sauce.
Spread half of the cottage cheese over noodles.
Place 1/2 of the sliced Mozzarella cheese on Cottage cheese layer.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of parmesan cheese.
Add second layer of ingredients.
Top with remaining meat sauce.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
Note: Dodee likes to add some Montreal Spice, a Dash of Chili and a dash of Paprica - taste test to achieve the desired taste.
