Beef marinade to add flavour to the meat and tenderise. Rich flavour and simple to make.
Mix the ingredients in a plastic tub (big enough to hold 400g beef) and allow to stand for 10 mins. Mix in the beef you wish to marinade so it is all coated. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 3 hours turning the contents over once mid point.
Once marinade period is complete cook beef as you would normally e.g. Fried, casserole, etc. the beef should be full of flavour and very tender.
