Suggest a better descriptionPut 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup on a double piece of foil, large enough to wrap around roast. On top of that, put 1/2 of the package of dried onion soup mix. Put roast on top and add remaining soup and onion mix to top of roast. Add pepper to taste, if desired. Wrap in foil and place in a shallow pan. Bake at 300 degrees fro 1 hour per pound. Makes roast and gravy all in one. Also a good way to fix chicken.
I add tenderizer, seasoning salt, garlic powder and flavoring enhancer in addition to the pepper. I also add 1/2 can of water.
