cook roast in big pot with water covering 1 inch over roast add chopped onion if desired. once roast is cooked fully usually 3-4 hours remove roast from water and chop into small peices. add cut up peices of beef and add noodles boil till noodles are tender. Make mashed potatos peel and slice potatos boil till soft drain add milk and butter and beat to desired consistancy. put some mashed potatos on a plate and pour some beef and noodles over top and enjoy!!
