Beef Soppin' Steak

1/2 jar Bodacioius Red Soppin Sauce
4 Steaks - Your Choice
2 tablespoons Adams Steak Au Poivre
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Renwood BBQ Zinfandel
1 large Onion
4 ounces Mushroom; sliced

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Season Steak with Steak Au Poivre and Pan Sear or Grill.

In a sauce pan with a little oil add musrooms and onion

Then add red wine and bodacious sauce

After simmering for about 5 minutes add teh butter until melted

Serve on top of your favorite steak
