Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pot heat canola oil. Cook onions until golden brown. Remove bowl. Add to pan, beef meat and brown. Return onions to pan, add beef broth, worcestershire sauce, salt, mushrooms and 1/2 cup water. Heat to boil. Cover and bake @ 375 deg for 1 hour. Meanwhile peel potatoes and cut into quarters. Also carrots into 2" pieces. Stir potatoes and carrots into beef mixture and bake 30 min. In cup mix flower and 1/4 cup of water. Stir into meat mixture. Cover and bake 30 min longer or until meat is tender.
