Easy Italian beef stew recipe for your crock pot
Dust beef with pan searing flour and brown beef on medium heat and transfer
to slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except pasta. Stir to
combine.
Cook on LOW for 7-9 hours. Increase heat to HIGH. Add pasta and stir to
blend. Cover and cook about 30 minutes, or until pasta is done.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
