Suggest a better descriptionPlace beef, flour, salt and pepper in a ziploc bag and shake to coat the beef.
Place remaining ingredients (EXCEPT the last Tbs Worcestershire sauce and red wine) in the slow cooker
Brown the beef with the onion, then add the beef and onion to the slow cooker
Add 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 C red wine to the pan to deglaze. Once it has reduced, add mix to the slow cooker.
Cook on low 6-8 hours, or until beef and vegetables are tender.
